Carpe Diem Foundation of Illinois

April 25th, 2007 by Paul

Financial Aid is a big issue for students and parents. There are many opportunities and scholarships out there. I strongly encourage you to apply to as many of them as you can.

Here are the requirements for the Carpe Diem Foundation of Illinois.

  •  You may apply for the scholarship if you are a U.S. citizen who will be a new or continuing undergraduate student attending a U.S. accredited educational institution in the Fall of 2007. You do not have to be an Illinois resident.
  • This is an extremely competitive scholarship program. Eighteen scholarships were granted in 2006.
  • The scholarship is merit based. You qualify based upon your achievements up to this point, and based upon what you expect to accomplish to leave the world a better place than you found it.

It may only help a handful of you as not Korean students have US Citizenship. I’ll continue to post scholarship opportunities as they arise. Go to the website for more details.
