UPENN Meeting at SIS

October 2nd, 2007 by Paul

I went to Seoul International School for the UPENN lecture and these are the notes I took.

I hope that some of you took the advantage and met with the UPENN admissions officer at Daewon.

—————————————————————————————————–

  • Last Year 160 students applied from Korea and 14 were accepted. There were 23,000 applicants in total.
  • It’s good to think beyond the label of Upenn and see if it fits your personality.
  • “Make the best out of it” - Admissions are unpredictable
  • Huntsman - “Go to the next level” - Bridge into another culture
  • When applying planning ahead is best
  • You must be versatile and balanced
  • Latest accepted SAT Scores - for Early - Rush November and for Regular - December and January

Those are the notes I took, if you took any notes please feel free to share them via comments.

Cheers
