I strongly encourage all of you to become voracious readers. Read about everything and anything. Of course it is difficult to read stuff that is boring to you. Therefore, you should read books that interest you. In doing this, the breath and depth of your reading should expand.

Here’s a few tips from Ryan Holiday.

Before the First Page
Break out of the School Mindset
Ruin the Ending
Read the Reviews

The Book Itself
Read the Intro
Look It Up
Post It Highlighters
Flip Through It Again

After You Finish
Type Out the Important Quotes and Passages
Read One Book from Every Bibliography
Connect, Apply, Use
